On November 5, 2020, "The 3rd China International Import Expo", hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and Shanghai Municipal People's Government, opened at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center (November 5 to 10).After exhibiting for the first time in 2018, Hitachi continues to join hands with other group companies in China to jointly exhibit this year, and set up a booth with a total area of 600 square meters (4.1B1-002 in Hall 4) in the "Technology and Equipment" exhibition area. Hitachi Elevator signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd., at the exhibition.

For three-dimensional movement in a city, Hitachi Elevator demonstrated a BIVALE building integrated management solution at the expo. Building managers can monitor building security through personal computers and adjust the operating status of building facilities without leaving home, truly realizing intelligent control, cost saving, and less human input. This can effectively improve the efficiency of building management. For the much-noticed elevator health safety, Hitachi Elevator also exhibited a building public health management solution, for example, contactless elevator usage scheme.

Hitachi Elevator and China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On November 6, Hitachi Elevator and China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement at "the 3rd China International Import Expo Signing Ceremony". China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd., will purchase $8.5 million of Hitachi Elevator's lift products to jointly enhance the influence of Chinese and international markets. In recent years, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd., and Hitachi Elevator have established long-term cooperation in the construction of many projects such as Air Huaxi Village, Changsha IFS and Kunshan Wanda. In the future, both parties will work together to promote social innovation for win-win development.
