On June 30, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the "2019-2020 Demonstration Project List of Internet of Things Key Technologies and Platform Innovation Class, Integrated Innovation Class, and Convergence Application Class". The project of “R&D, Promotion and Application of IoT-based Intelligent Building Integrated Management Platform” by Hitachi Building Technology (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd., was successfully shortlisted.


In the project, the BIVALE building integrated management solution based on cloud services can achieve visualization cloud monitoring and management of building security, mechanical and electrical equipment, energy consumption through cell phones or computers. In this way, the building's power supply, air conditioner, lighting, security systems, and elevators can implement coordinated operation to achieve optimal resource allocation and information sharing, to allow all subsystems to work cooperatively.
